It's pretty weird, but then again she probably has to get finished in a reasonable amount of time. If she clears out every time someone comes she may spend all day working on that room.

In hospitals things are usually different. That cleaning lady is used to going into a room with a patient in it and that patient may be getting a bath or their diaper changed she still does her job and empties out the garbage.

Maybe she has a hidden camera hooked up to your phantom wifi spot hulk and shes been secretly stalking you because shes on ATOT as well! You need to confront here asap or begin your own recon.
