Is it viable to replace my system's 120Mm fans with some Panaflos?

My current case is A centurion 5 case with 1x exhaust 120MM and 1x 120MM intake that I zip-tied in 3 empty 5.25" bays. Is it viable to replace them with THIS? They mention 24V, if I just hook them up to regular 12V from the PSU via the PATA power cable they will run at full speed or no?

Given the "operating range" listed starts at 14 V, the fan may or may not be able to start turning at 12 V.

But even assuming they can run off of 12 V, they will most certainly not run at full speed. The nominal speed rating is, unless they got really creative, what it should run at with a 24 V supply.

Aluvus stole my thunder... :)

The only other thing is, why do you want to use a 24v fan?

Not trolling, just curious...

*edit*

BTW, I know you didn't ask, but if you want to move some air, I would suggest something like this and this.

Actually, I was stupid, I was ordering some stuff from there and saw this fan, I ordered it before reading about the voltage part (I saw the CFM and dBa only :p). Now I've got two of these in my hand. They only have the 3 pin header on them, I have no idea how to run them now.

I dont have a controller and I'm not sure what I want. I need a card reader too, so i think Im looking for an all-in-one device that fits in one 5.25" bay (space is an issue). got a good recommendation for under $20-30?

Ordered the Mechatronics and they shipped me The wrong one. Gave them a call and they were ready to exchange at their cost. Still a hassle though. Only 57CFM :(.
