Is it unwise to workout in an unventilated room?

Thinking of converting my crawl space into a small home gym. I can't have ventilation added into it until this summer. Would it be unwise to attempt to work out in there?

Go ahead, as long as you have water around. Plus, you'll feel a little more confident because you worked out in a more intense environment (sorry for the ****** wording).

How big is this crawl space that you can convert it into a gym?
A crawl space that large would usually be called a "basement".

It's 9'x20'. It's part of the middle floor, though, so it can't be cosnidered a basement :p

Invite a bunch of kids practicing martial arts, they will quickly punch or kick holes in your walls for air vent. LOL
Kind of reminds me of the time back in '88, when a local high school was under construction, so my couch told us to practice our kicks on a piece of a wall that had to be destroyed. :D
