Is it true the asus hogs up too many resources?

Im just wondering if the asus a8n sli deluxe really hogs up that many resources. I ve heard some guy say that and im not sure if thats tru. Plz tell me if its true or not. If it is, then im not planning on getting this board. PLZ TELL ME!

I can't see how that's possible.
if something on the board uses resources, you can always disable it in the BIOS for example... I wouldn't worry but what do I know?
