I've been hearing from a few people I know that it is bad, but I'm not sure if they're bluffing or not. I usualyl sleep on my couch rather than my bed b ecause I find it more comfortable. But I spend alot of time taking care of my skin, and I dont want that rendered useless because I sleep on the cuch. DOes anyone know for a fact whether its good or bad?

I don't see how it could be, I've beent old its bcause of the heat that is released by the couch and its bad for your skin.

The only thing I could possibly think of is that it will seal up against your skin because leather is not breathable, causing sweat/closing pores/etc.

I'd like to know why they say that.

Would it totally repulse you to put a sheet or a blanket on top of the sofa before you sleep on it?

Well, the only thing I can think of is that leather is cured and treated with several chemicals before you buy it. These chemicals include dyes, color preservers, chemical to help it stop from drying out, etc... I guess it's possible one of these could interact with you

It may or may not be bad for your skin, but one thing is sure: Sleeping on a leather couch is bad for the COUCH.
