and it's just a city

because I'm leaving tomorrow and tonight is the last night I'll see her for a while

be sincere! and make sure you don't make it sound like "i need to be with you one last night, i cant stop thinking of you i can't get away from you" yadda yadda.
 
well, try it, but you have to make sure you got a certain "vibe" from her to begin with... also, make sure she feels comfortable with you.
I think you should be fine... when you said late, i thought you were going to say 1am.

that should be fine. go someplace that has a few other folks at that time of the evening as well.

actually... ah forget it, I'm not gonna call her. I would rather not risk it and I don't think she's that type of person where she'll meet up with me late at night just to "talk"

You're way too paranoid. Unless she's 14 and/or completely immature she should take no issue with going out at a "late" 10PM.

she usually contacts me.. I hardly initiate contact
I feel like the chaser now.... I have viewed her as a friend until now... but all the forced kissing and crap sort of swayed me to have feelings for her
I wish we would've just remained friends instead of trying to spark some intimacy (caused by mutual friends)
Needlessly to say, she hasn't even replied to my message

Whatever.. life goes on

I do hate my inhibited personality though... and not being the aggressor in whatever situation.. even girl related

Hehe. Geez. I can't believe you're over analyzing this so much. You want to spend some time with her because you really like her before you go away. Tell her the truth, don't try and be all sneaky about it. Even if she's sais it's too late, it's not like you've screwed the realtionship up or anything. Tell her you understand and you'll see her when you get back.
Don't listen to all the imaginary "playas" on here. You'll just screw things up by trying to get her in the sack to quick. Play it straight.

You had the perfect "reason" to see this girl. You SHOULD have called her. I would have said something along the lines of:

"Hey, (insert stupid small talk), I'm leaving town tomorrow and won't be back for (insert time-frame, you can exagerate, I'd use "a while" since it's not specific) you want to meet up for a little bit tonight?"

See not that hard...you have a good reason as to why you want to see her (you're not going to be in town)...and if she declines she may have a reason why (it may be too late...she may already have plans...etc...)

I would be more concerned with not showing enough interest by leaving town without saying "see-ya" to her...it's always a cat and mouse game....but you can't be the mouse all the time...women don't like being the sole-aggressor...

Wait...how old are you?
