I currently have an ASUS P5N32-Sli-SE Deluxe MB. It uses the old nforce4 chipset.
I am just not generally happy with the nforce chipset, due to the lack of quality drivers and updates from nvidia
I am running an e6600 processor.
I can only really overclock it to about 2.8, before I run into stability problems with this mb. Would it be worthwhile for me to upgrade both the CPU and MB, or just the MB? I feel that the nforce4 chipset is starting to become dated, and looking at possibly another brand. In the future I may update other components, so I would like a motherboard that is fairly new technology (ie Gigabyte GA-X48-DS4?)
Any comments or suggestions?
