Or at least one or more stickies in the O.S. section for Tips and Install Problems, etc.

I seeem to remember we did that back when XP and Vista came out.
 
I support stickies, maybe, not a section, though. Windows 7 isn't radically different, most of the changes are subtle (in a good way).
