I have to go to dinner with my proiject team tonight.

I should still work out after?

I read your post and I'd say the same thing... you didn't say you didn't have time to workout before hand. All you asked was if it was bad to workout afterwards. Are you see more words than we are? Here is what we see

Depends on what you eat and what you mean by working out. If its a bunch of cardio I wouldn't eat too much purely because running on a semifull/ full stomach doesn't feel good to me. If its weights its alright.

I eat 2hrs before I train. But it really depends what you eat. Cheese stays in your stomach longer but as long as the food doesn't feel too heavy or make you want to feel sick then you should be alright.

Again its only one night..........
