Is it somehow possible to have a fan-grill on your CPUfan when using an SK-7 w/ clips?

Topic asks the question. With the newly installed window, the CPU fan doesn't look good as it's ugly black self

Yep. Instead of screwing the grill to the fan use the clips to hold it on. I'm doing just that and it works fine. I'll see if I can find a pic...

Dunno about the the SK-7, but I have the SLK-800, and I have the grille screwed in. The clips don't even touch the grille, so it's all good. Looks nifty, too.

So you just clip them onto the grill?

They should give you an idea. The clips sort of hang over the grille, but they don't make solid contact with it, so using the screws was a necessity in my case.
