Some douche exploded their food a few weeks ago in the common microwave and didn't clean up. Being a good samaritan, I tried cleaning the caked on curry/soy sauce coating on the inside of the microwave. Used soap and water and the boiling water trick to steam the microwave and as I was wiping the inside, I find that the coating on the inside roof of the microwave had bubbled over and was chipping.
So is it safe to keep using the microwave ATOT?
