Just don't eat them raw.

Fry 'em or scramble 'em and you'll be fine!

If not, your family can sue and live richly!

Fvcking right it is.

Expiry dates are only on packaged foods so that the companies packaging said foods don't get in sh!t if you eat it past the expiry date. Four days is nothing man. I'll tell you what - let me come over and eat those four-day-past-expirey-date eggs, and if I survive I'll buy you a whole pack of fresh eggs that you can eat all to yourself.

just found this.........so fuct it im eatin em

Example: "Sell by May 16"
Look for this date on refrigerated foods such as milk, yogurt, cottage cheese, cream, eggs, luncheon meat, and packaged salad mixes.
This means the store must take the refrigerated foods off the shelf by the date listed. If the food has been kept refrigerated at the proper temperature, it will still be safe to eat for 3 to 7 days after the pull date. Do not use it if it smells bad, has obvious mold or yeast growth, or the seal is broken.

In culinary school, we learned that eggs, if stored properly, actually are good for a full year. Once you get past the dates on the carton, the yolks are not as strong and you will likely get more broken yolks when frying them. A fresh egg dropped in a pan has a firm yolk that is full and round. As the eggs age, the yolk will get flatter and more weak, but it doesn't really affect the edibility of them.

:)

Yea, good stuff. The egg yolks are damn good eating with a texture I can't find anywhere else. You gotta stay away from the egg whites though, that sh1t is too damn hard and flavorless to eat. The juice is also sweet and I prefer to eat the body but not the head. Most people would just eat the whole thing or eat nothing at all.

Flavor to taste with a salt, pepper, and lemon mix.
