i personally think it is, but i've had some people convinced that terrorists are gonna strike this weekend. i'm also flying out of LAX this weekend, which is apparently the no. 1 terroist target in california.

should i fly? i can't reschedule it - its southwest and they're gonna charge me for whatever the price of tickets is for the day you schedule to. i WANT to go home for spring break, since i haven't been home since christmas break. someone has told me to just stay in LA, but i want to go home and see their family. i don't have the luxury some people do getting to see their family all the time.

anyone know of anything? i'm just flying up to san jose.

i WANT to fly. i can't rent a car - its too expensive, and i'm under 25, and i don't have a car so i don't have car insurance.

my bf is convinced my plane is either going to explode or LAX is going to explode or there's going to be another mad gunman in LAX and wishes that i wouldn't go home at all.

he's too scared to drop me off at the airport cuz he thinks its going to explode. i'm probably going to wind up taking the shuttle. that's what happens when you watch cnn 24/7.

I am so tired of people complaining about flying. You still have a greater chance of dying by a piece of a plane falling and killing you than dying in a plane crash. My advice, get on the freaking plane you pansies
 
yeah... i'm flying home this weekend as well...
kinda worries me a bit, but i try not to think about it.
flying should be completely safe.
 
does your bf let you out of the house? doens't he know the dangers the sun could cause on your skin? or how many cars could hit you on your way to your destination? what about the food you eat? blah blah blah.

point in case, we all know your bf cares about you but i seroiusly dont' think it's going to be anymore dangerous than if you stayed in los angeles. it's prolly more dangerous if you stay than go...cuz if there was another terrorist attack (let's say anthrax or something) they would most likely target LA right? better to get out of LA in my opinion! 😛
