Is it safe to buy tires on Friday?

I'm buying a set of 4 tires and getting wheel alignment/balancing done in addition.
I'm afraid that since most people work not as hard on Friday, they may do a half-as*ed job.

Should I do this on Tuesday (since many people also have a case of "Mondays" and tend to work
not as hard on Mondays, as well)?



P.S. After much research, I am buying the Yokohama Avid Touring tires:

Anyway, I always have my tires done at Les Schwab -- IMO, one of the best stores ever and the only place for tires.

Oh, I do, I do. Notice that I mentioned the only place where I have my tires done?
What I meant is that (once you have picked out what you want and where you are going to get them) the installation of tires is not that big of a job. Alignment and balancing is all done by computer now, and the new mounting machines are virtually foolproof. I think you need to put the crack pipe down, eh?
