Is it running at CAS2?

Hi, if in my BIOS, the memory is set as 2T, does this mean that it is running at CAS2?

You must be referring to an old bios. If I remember right, the 2T and 3T options are about CPU write times to the memory. CAS settings are usually labeled as CAS, Memory Timing or Cycles. If the 2T you mentioned is an option on either one of these then it could be the CAS setting.
