Is it rude to remind people to leave you heat?

episodic

If you had a good transaction, and you posted heat for the other person, is it rude to come out and say ' hey don't forget about the heat '? I checked when I did the other person's eval and requested they leave it . . .

I'm trying to get established and that is frustrating . ..

Thoughts pleased. . .

I would interpret it as rude...if I was a dickwad.

I see nothing rude about a friendly request for heat 😉

No not rude. I've sold over 1000 items on fleabay but my feedback is only 572. Jerks. 🙁
I've sold 3-4 on amazon. I have one feedback from a child who didn't realize what was going on. So, my feedback is 0/1

At least I have 10 or so HEAT and people always add to them.

I got pissed about it once, when I knew the guy was just being a jackass after I left him heat (he didn't leave heat or reply to PMs). I sent him a PM telling him that either he leave me positive or I'd leave him a negative for bad communication. Sure enough, less than an hour later I had a new positive eval.

When people request positive feedback from me on eBay (after they've already left me feedback), I leave them a negative feedback saying that they're too overbearing. 😉

Man be happy that you have over a 50% feedback return! I've sold over 5000 items on eBay and I only have about 1500-1700 feedback!

I don't think its rude at all. Especially if you went out of your way to provide fast shipping, great packaging, and shipped first to someone (NDENT2003) who said they needed the stuff quickly. It really kind of makes me mad to get PM after PM from someone (NDENT2003) and then as soon as they get the stuff communication slows drastically. Then you leave heat for them (NDENT2003) and your request for heat are ignored. It amuses me that someone (NDENT2003) that was so concerned with my heat to begin with would refuse to leave me some. Positive or Negative.
