Im just wondering whenever u OC ur CPu, ur performanceon the memory goes down.

recently i got a hold of a 3400 and a DFI nf3 ut 250gb mobo w/ some ocz dual plat. 512x2 rev.1 mems.

i oced it to 2.45ghz (10x245) ht= 3x
memories r runnin at 166mhz 2.5-3-3-10

it seems like my booting speed got slower after i OC. for ex. in CS:S when a map is over im not the 1st one to get in the server. i asked the guy who got in the server first. he told me hes runnin an a64 3200+ w/ NEO Plat 754 board + PDP 1gig stick.
 
I doubt it is the memory...

This can be other quirks in the board but likely has to do with HDD or even the onboard lan if you are using it....
