Is it really trolling?

A few weeks ago I made a thread where I posted clear and concise details of very serious performance issues I am having with my crapple device. This is the biggest company in the world and users of its products have every right to expect a certain minimum level of performance.

I am here to report that if you expect to be able to type a 400 word essay in a safari window like this one without the stupid thing crashing and losing everything you typed, you are sorely mistaken. This is not trolling, this is a statement of fact. How dare some mod take my lost productivity and claim that it is trolling. Stop censoring any criticisms of this company's trash products. If a produc performs this poorly people need to know about. I never read ANYWHERE how bad this thing was, and there is no way I can possibly be the only one having these kinds of issues.

If you have an issue with moderation there is a forum for that and this isn't it. Please post such issues in Moderator Discussions. One suggestion - you might want to rethink your attitude. A mod not only "dares" to take action, it is their job to do so. You may disagree with the action they took and, if so, you are welcome to post - with civility - in the area I linked.

You didn't post:

• What model you own
• How old it is
• How many times it's been dropped
• Is there a history of water damage
• What firmware you're running
• Have you tried a restore
• What version of iTunes you're running

Missing all that data, i would tend to agree with the moderator that it's a troll thread.

Just taking a wild stab at it, if a restore doesn't work, you may have a hardware problem, in which case you need to have it repaired or repair it yourself or get a new phone, if I were to guess, it's long out of warranty, or you would be able to take it to an Apple Store and get it replaced, very likely for free.

You'll find most of us pretty unsympathetic to your plight mostly because of your tone. We literally spend thousands of dollars for our Apple products and have in genreal gotten very good use out of them, calling Apple "crapple" isn't exactly going to win any of us over to your plight. The wording in your posts is unsophisticated and frankly offensive.

Your post is a moderator callout post, also just begging for the wrong kind of attention in the forums.

You want advice?

Stop posting inflammatory threads, we all own/have owned a ton of iDevices and know their lifespan/design parameters/etc, many of us have owned your model iPhone, your rant reminds one of a spoiled child.

Strong work dude, piss off the forum members, and the moderators in two paragraphs and several large run on sentences..
