Is it practical to install both the .NET 1.1 and .NET 2.0 SDKs?

Sure if you are going to be doing development in both. For most people, only 1.1 is needed since they are developing in 1.1 or all of their software runs on .Net 1.1. There is no software that I know of that runs on the 2.0 framework with the exception of VS 2005.
