Is it possibly to have steam on one hd and then all the game data on another disk?

... my c: is only 10gb, like to keep it like this, all programs go there and all games on d:

So right now steam is on C: and its currently downloading cs:source and I'm slowly running out of space 🙁
 
Mount the second hard drive as a folder inside c:\program files\
I believe you have to convert to dynamic volumes to do this.
