i think it depends on what type of dual screen setup you have.
extended desktop?
clone mode?
completely independent operation?

MSPaint is built in and it works like it was suggested.

MSPaint is built in and it works like it was suggested.

Okay, I fired up MSPaint, and tried to do what is suggested, but I don't seem to know how to do it??

Use image atributes to change a new image to the size of your combined displays. Copy/Paste wallpapers you would like for each monitor onto that same image. Save new composition as a single image.

Beat me to it. This is the real answer...even if you stitch two images together it usually looks bad.
