Is it possible to use a keyboard and mouse with an Xbox One?

Can you use a keyboard and mouse with xbox one? A quick search mentions the CronusMax device. Do you have any experience with this device? Are there other solutions that are perhaps better or cheaper?

I had a Xim 360 and it worked well. They have moved on to full dynamic profiles instead of manual translation and those made the experience PC like.

Thanks. It seems like the Xim4 is the best option but they run $125.

I heard MS was thinking about adding keyboard and mouse support. Would a Xim4 or similar be a waste of money if that happens?
