Hello,
I have a VAIO laptop with a 17" wide screen display. I wanted to know if I can use my desktop to display through my VAIO. I have the docking station, but I do not know if this is possible. Can anyone give me any step by step instructions on how to do this? Much appreciated.

Actually no :/....there's no input for your laptop's monitor. I'm not sure if it's not possible, but it seems very unlikely.

You could use systematic pcAnywhere or somthing like it, meaning that your laptop would access your desktop and you'd have a virtual desktop, but I don't think you can directly input your desktop onto your laptop's display.

I don't know of anything for gaming. That requires high bandwidth. XP has remote desktop built in if it is for web browsing, manipulating docs, etc...
