Is it possible to upgrade using a WinXP oem cd?

I don't see the option to upgrade when I run setup from the cd...

The only option that I see is to do a clean installation but I really want to keep my existing system files because it would be a big pain to reinstall all the programs that I use.

Does anybody know of a way around this? Thanks

I upgrade, got into the older version of windows that you have, insert the cd, and select upgrade

AFAIK,you can only clean install with an OEm copy!
