cpu: pentinum (R) dual core cpu E5700 @ 3.00Ghz

motherboard: starex g41agb3

ram: (1) DDR3 2GB. (2) DDR3 4GB. total 6GB

storage: 512GB hdd

power supply: 550w

*extra plus point if this can also run win11
 
You can not Upgrade from Win 7 any More. You have to Buy Lic Win10 install package.

Then to make sure that it passes the Old hardware restriction get 16GB USB Flash Drive.

Install the Win 10 installation File on the USB using the Free Rufus and the Install the New Win 10.
