Is it possible to syncronize two calendars?

Hi! Is it possible to Syncronize two different persons calendars in to a public one? It would help alot at my office if i could do that.. In stead of typing first in my own outlook calendar and then make the same in the public one..

share yer calender give people permision to edit it......
