Is it possible to sync Outlook on 2 computers?

Let's say you have a desktop and a laptop on a network. Both have Outlook XP in Windows XP, how would you get both to sync the Inbox, calendar, contacts, etc.?

Isn't that for Office 2000? I couldn't find the synchronize thing in Office XP?
