Is it possible to speed up a UPS delivery that's already shipped?

So SVC took longer than I expected to ship my order and it's coming by UPS Ground. This means it won't get here until 4 days after the rest of the parts I ordered from NewEgg. Is it even possible to speed up a shipment that's already been sent to 3 day or 2 day service? I worked in the shipping business for 2 years and never had someone make a request related to this, so I'm really not sure.

You could always call UPS.

They're customer service has always been good for me. I don't think I've sped up a shipment but I have had it held in transit and other things.

Hijack the UPS truck and take your stuff.

Once it is on the truck, then you are pretty much SOL until it gets to you local distribution center.

I've had a buyer that upgraded the UPS package himself from Ground to 3 Day. That was a St. Patties Monday weekend. You could upgrade if it hasn't be picked up or routed. Give UPS a call and see what they can do.
