Is it possible to share files through a broadband router?

This has probably been asked a thousand times before, but...

I have a SMC Barricade 7004ABR router installed to share my cable Inernet connection and I was wondering whether it is possible to share files between two computers that are conneted to the router.

If it is possible, how do I set it up? One computer is running WinXP Pro, the other is running Win98 FE

Broadband Router is a combo unit, Router and Switch. The Switch conforms to the regular working of any switch. Thus, the computers connected to the Router are networked even if you don?t have Internet connection.
