Is it possible to set up a non-cc paypal account once you have a merchant account?

Well the thread title says it all
I sell a lot of things on ebay but I want an account that will allow me to accept instant transfers without paying the fees
Advice on how to avoid these damn paypal fees?

There was a thread on this a while back. If I can remember, it said in the Paypal TOS that you can create two accounts, one merchant, and one normal one.
