Is it possible to see how many infractions you have?

Now that we can see who a moderator is, is it possible for members to see (a history of) infractions lobbied against them by moderators? Sort of like how many minutes you have left on your cellphone plan. I'd also like to know what the maximum is and, thus, what each infraction is worth.

Yes there is a way to see your infractions.

Look in your profile

Not sure. I think once you hit a certain point it auto bans you. But I got 10 points for "thread crapping" and only 1 for "Asshole defiance". Seems like it should be the other way around. So, I am not sure how points are assigned.

Asshole defiance? Can you link to that particular post?

10 points results in an automatic system 3 day vacation.

I have given 10 point infractions myself when I want to give someone a 3 day vacation. I set it to expire on the day the person comes back.

Do the Mods assign the points or is it automatic?
If the ban is reversed, can it be applied to the Mod that dished it out?

Points are assigned by generaic infraction.

A Moderator can create a custom infraction and assign points and the length of time those points will be active.

Sometimes the amount of points will trigger a vacation, depending on the length of time for the infraction. At times the vacation may be just to get a perps attention to stop pushing the wrong buttons and is active for a very short period (hours vs days/weeks)

Ban reversals are usually due to hair triggers by mutiple people and misunderstandings on what triggered a ban. A reversal on the surface may not expose the intention of the ban.

I should get points off because I banned myself from P & N for a week because somebody kept whining that I should be.
