Is it possible to replace my TV and CRT Monitor with one Flat-Panel?

I am going to be in the market for a good LCD Monitor in a month, and was wondering if its possible to replace my old TV (50lb tube, composite input and cable) plus my CRT 17" eView. Im very, very interested in the Dell 2005FPW, or the new revisions that should be out soon, the Dell 2007FPW. How would I go about watching Cable TV on it? I was thinking a TV Tuner (like a Hauppauge), and connecting it that way. I know the Dell doesnt support 1080p (or does it?), but I think it can do 720p. Are there any TV Tuners that support this? Id use Windows XP Media Center Edition for the OS btw (or WinXP Pro with MythTV). Oh, about the quality. Will the quality be at least half decent?

Thanks in advance, sorry if my post is inaccurate, confusing, and/or n00bish. :)

The 2005FPW has S-Video and Composite inputs. You can run a cable box straight into it to get SDTV resolution video, no computer needed. Unfortuntately, no component inputs for HDTV.

I only have coaxial inputs... Well, lemme make sure on that tho. I know theres two usb ports on the back for some reason, but I never figured out why (I have a standerd Charter Cable box)

Edit: Nevermind, theres S-Video out. Will it look different than using Coaxial inputs? So there isnt a way to view it as 720p eh? Well, at least I know I can replace both my CRT and TV now.
