I specifically told the person to not post my personal info that is in that document. Even though I had it removed off the server, it looks like Google cached it. Anyone know what I can do to remove this cache?

Was that what happened? Or did you google, "Naked young blondes" and now you are afraid your wife will find it?

Also, the reason I said "Naked young blondes" is because I have heard that people google this often.

I'm not talking about my search history. I'm talking about a document previously posted on a website that has all my contact information (as well as other information). After you search for my name on google, it's nearly the top link and the document was "cached"

The cached item doesn't last forever.
It might be possible to have google automatically replace the "cached item" by updating the file on the web with different content.
