Is it possible to reassign COM Ports?

I have a Bluetooth dongle that installs its modems and ports via COM ports above COM 9. I am running Motorola Phone Tools, which only detects modems that utilize COM ports 1-9... Does anyone know if Windows 2000 Pro would allow me to reassign the COM ports that the Bluetooth dongle accesses so I would be able to use it with the Motorola software?
