Is it possible to overclock an A64 with a silent system?

Im going to be getting an A64 setup once Thermalright gets around to releasing the xp120. Since I will be running the setup almost silent I was wondering what my OC options were. I know I won't be able to achieve bleeding edge performance but I was hoping for something above stock speeds. I know its also ram and mb dependent but Im mostly interested in the increased temps with the lower air flow.

I think water cooling is supposed to be pretty silent, the only thing that makes noise there is the pump, you can use a couple quiet fans to cool the radiator. Anyone know how much noise the pumps make? Because I'm thinking of water-cooling my future A64 system.

Thanks for the advice but Im definately going to be going with air. Water is a little bit out of my financial and technical grasp.
