Like every time there's one of those 20% of coupons on those monitors, can i just call them up and be like, 'if i buy 20 of those, can i get an even better discount?'

depends. they dont want you reselling it, and they refer you to the small business department if you're ordering for work
and they can blacklist you. if enough people call in when they have issues on the monitors that you have re-sold (assuming you are reselling here), they can trace it back to you and ban you from ordering

I bought and sold about 150 2405FPWs, so yes.

rofl... shens!

You sold them, then bought them :p

And I actually didn't do any negotiating with Dell either.

No, but negotiation was done. Infact, I seem to remeber a certian female dell sales rep getting a nice tiffany's bracelt for xmass last year...

neither of you got blacklisted?
no i wont report you dont worry, im just wondering because i have heard quite a few getting blacklisted

i was worried myself too. i used to buy from dell outlet to resell (as refurb of course) and was always worried that they would trace them back to me reselling. but i stopped, ever since they started charging NY tax its never worth the trouble anymore

Not with tax and shipping, and definitely not with an assload of ebay coupons.

Probably during the week you bought them, yes. I grabbed a two for my office last year for under $700 each, no bargaining needed.

No sales tax here, free shipping on Dell Home E&A...if by 'assload' you mean two, then you're right.
