is it possible to make an AT->ATX converter cable?

might be able to get a 500mhz cruncher online, but I don't have a PSU for it, but i do have a bunch of AT psu's. Is there any way to get this to work? (I'm fine w/ chopping and soldering)

Nope, ATX boards need a 3.3V rail and AT PSUs are only 12V and 5V.

I don't think so Silverthorne - that link would be good if had ATX power supplies and needed to hook them to AT boards, but he's got the opposite, and thus MDE has got it right.

I have seen solutions for Kenazo's scenario, but they've always been more expensive than getting an ATX power supply to begin with.

lol ,I've never noticed that! ,I guess they get their 3.3v power from an onboard transformer
