Is it possible to integrate OneNote and Visio?

This would be the ideal situation and I wonder if anyone at Microsoft has seen it through to reality. The theory being, of course, I am taking notes in OneNote - say, for a circuits class or something - and then boom, I can drop in a visio symbol for a resistor or a transistor flawlessly into my OneNote document.
