Its possible, but not a great idea. Plus if I was to buy a mid-tower for WC, Id look at the Gigabyte Aurora. It has 2 120mm fans exhaust, and it has the tube fittings near the PSU if u wanted to mount the radiator outside the case.

i dont think the aurora is concidered a mid size case. More on the boarder of a small full size.

And it is possible to watercool a midsize case but its extremely difficult. Also you havent stated on what exactly you intend to watercool, how far you intend to overclock and if you intend to add a GPU block in the loop. Your missing a lot of variables. Also you forget to mention budget and if your a somewhat novice modder able to cut out blowholes or perform moderate modifications on your case.

If you expect a simple plug and play installation, i think you been spoiled too much by Thermaltake, and Zalman products. Watercooling takes time to prepare, lots of research, and lots and lots and lots... did i mention lots of planning?

Dont be like Clinton and say you puffed but didnt inhale. If you decide to watercool, it should be all in or nothing, and never half complete.

I've done it before...and from experience, it's tough.

You have to sacrifice a NUMBER of your 5.25" bays....especially if you use a thick radiator AND thick fans. (MCR220/SD38's).
A good option would be some of HWLabs' new radiators (the thin/low-profile ones. Less than an inch thick) and some medium/high CFM (and high pressure) fans. You'd still get to keep 2/3 5.25" bays that way.

I'm a bit busy right now, but I'll offer a full set of suggestions in a bit.

or you could just use some standoffs and have your radiator sitting on top of your case with 2 holes cut in the top of your case for your tubing
