is it possible to grow taller?

Don't drink milk, for one thing. It's a huge misconception that milk gives you stronger bones and makes you grow taller and prevents osteoporosis and etc. Milk is actually damaging. Countries with less milk consumption actually have less osteoporosis. Milk is bad.

Unless it's with Fruity Pebbles. Then it is the haxatron.

Hmm...where can I find evidence of this?

From my understanding milk is not only for calcium but also good for brain development in small children.

shens!

I believe there is a procedure where they break your legs and install an adjustable mechanism between the bones. They then slowly, over the course of a year or so increase the distance while allowing new bone to grow back. Seems kind of drastic, especially if you are 5'11" but it is an option.
