It depends if the mods have beef with that hardware review site or not. There's people on here that run their own video game review sites for example, and post that site whenever they review a game. For some reason there's no issue with this, even though some less tenured member could do the same and the thread is locked and the site may or may not be censored after that. At times it leads me to believe that the rules are applied by rolls of the dice. :hmm:

If we were well-resourced then out enforcement rate would approach 100%, as would the compliance rate. No different than the reality of every state's highway patrol.
