I didn't think it'd work with a decoder card but I tried it anyways. I've got the video from the PS2, the (standard RCA yellow wire with the steel rounded prong at the end) into a converter which goes to the TV Out (doh) which I guess is SVideo.
Anyways, if it's possible it'd be cool to know how. : )
