is it possible to get FFxi to run on the dell 700m?

FFXI strictly needs Transform and lighting and tests for its availability. The Dell 700m does not really support it so it wont run. Is there anything out there to work around this?
 
Oh, and why do you want to play FFXI so much? At the same time, however, I don't like MMORPGs as a whole, so I guess my question should be ignored...?
 
There are software emulators that can fake T&L, but they'll give you crappy performance in FFXI. Why not just buy a cheap video card? I ran FFXI wonderfully with my 9800pro.
 
Even if you could get it to work, you wouldn't want to play on it as it would be too choppy. I have a 700m myself and I gave up and just use my desktop for gaming.

I played FFXI on a laptop with a mobile radeon 9000 64MB and it ran just peachy. What chip does the 700M have in it?
