Is it possible to get a new 03 Corolla S or Civic LX for $13k?

Was gonna start shopping mid Oct to end of Oct. Think there'll still be any 03s left? Heard this was a slow year.

2003 Honda Civic LX manual definitely yes, an automatic maybe.

The best time of year to buy a new car is towards the end of the month.

You can buy my '02 Civic LX Automatic for about $15k (to pay off my loan so I can get a cheaper car).

I was choosing between a Civic and a Corolla this spring. Ended up getting a 2003 Civic EX. Anyway i'm in the market again for a car and I talked to the Toyota dealer and apparently the Corolla's are selling very well because he said he had very few if any 2003's left. Anyway if you go Civic you might want to get the 2004. They redid the headlamps and it makes the car look more sleek.

I see tons of Corollas on the road now. Especially the S. I don't think you can get an S for $13k. Last time I checked they were like $15k.

Cool, I also generally buy a new car every 6 months or so. I love that depreciation hit you get inthe first 6 months :D

My wife is driving the Civic now, and the car I got is a maintence headache, so thats why I am in the market for a new car. We plan on keeping the Civic for a while.

My friend just landed a new 04 Corolla S for $15.6k and he financed it too at the end of September. So I guess I wouldn't be surprised if the corollas are selling like hot cakes.

I've got one call from the dealers saying that most of the 03 Corollas are sold out. They're selling like hot cakes apparently. I think I should try to focus on the Civix LX then.

the new Civic LX comes with remote entry, standard :) and is quieter with more sound damping material.
and looks somewhat better.

so, with those changes, if you can find much cheaper 03 , i say go for it.
