depends on your price. You can always opt for fish, usually prepared "healthy" in most places, except of course fish and chips. Replace staches with veggies and you're good to go.

Deep fried cow carcass injected with lard is good for you. Ask the USDA. Oatmeal is the bad stuff. It sucks out cholesterol from your blood vessels and makes it hard for the blood to squirt through 'em. They say Cholesterol is a blood lubricator.

I'm assuming a chicken pita from Jack in the Crack isn't that horrible for you.

Grilled Chicken
Lettuce
Tomatoes
cheese <-- the healthyness killer.

Yes, you can actually eat 4-5 Big macs if you want. Just remember to stick your finger in your mouth afterwords.:p

:D

I always find it hard to eat healthy at mcdonalds, everywhere else I find myself trying alternative foods that taste good & are pretty healthy. A year ago I would have smacked you for suggesting a pita!

Salads are only healthy if you nix the dressing.
Most salad dressing is almost entirely composed of oil. Not a good thing if you're looking to keep your weight down.

Some suggestions:

- Anything baked or grilled
- Chinese food, easy or no oil. Most restaurants will oblige.
- Easy or no cheese
- Diet drink, iced tea, or water instead soda
- Skip dessert
- Ask for chicken skinless

Also, beef + chicken is better for you than pork.

Buffalo and ostrich are good substitutes.

Also, with Italian food, avoid any sauces other than marinara. Alfredo and other cream sauces are horribly high in fat. Sauceless pasta is usually doused with olive oil and tastes horrible without it.
