Is it possible to get 1/5 divider on Soltek SL-75DRV5?

Put a 1600+ AGOIA in my board but it won't boot when jumper is set to 166. I got it to 166 on the 133 setting but 1/5 doesn't kick in so PCI/USB/AGB are way out of spec! I've tried ALL voltage and jumper settings and 2 BIOS versions (got OC1.2 beta now- 1.3 before).
I'm using Corsair XMS2700 DDR (512megs) so the memory ain't the prob!

Anyone with AT experience? The web reviews I've read re: overclocking this board are contradictory.

My feeling is that it's not gonna happen- would like to know it's not something I'm missing!😉
