is it possible to forward calls from my house phone to a cell phone?

i was considering switching from ATT-ws to a prepaid plan since i hardly use all of my minutes. i keep a local verizon landline for dsl but in an effort to consolidate (read: save $) my phones i was wondering if its possible to have calls forwarded from my landline, if say after 4 rings i dont pick up, to a cell phone.
