I have high speed cable internet at my home residence. I also have a business in town that is on the local phone network. Is it possible to forward the home cable internet to the business over a phone line using 2 dsl modems??

You could do it with an RAS server at your home and a dial-up connection at the office, but then you'd just be working at dial-up speeds and you might as well do a direct dial-up from the office to an ISP and save yourself the headache of trying to set it up properly.

If you could establish line of sight, you could use a wireless bridge.

Their would be many ways that you could probably share the service at your business but using the telephone would not be one that I would chose. Depending on how far it is you may not even be able to share it, just buy a cheap package at both places and be done with it.
