Is it possible to flash an old 3COM network card to run at higher FSB ?

My card is a 3COM Fast Etherlink XL 3C905-TX... I overclocked my PC but it seems that this is the only old card (3yesrs)in my system ... it is not very stable at higher FSB...
I am also curious if I go to 133MHz with new 133 CPU.. will it be able to handle that ?

when u go 133, the pci will divide by 4, making it back to 33mhz which is default speed, anywhere between 101 to 132 u'll either have /3 divider which is overclocked or u can manually adjust for /4 which will be underclocking
