Is it possible to export a Group Policy and apply it only locally?

I have developed a kiosk system that sits on our domain. It works great the way it's set up. Basically autologs in and launches a locked down 'movie' that then launches our application. It sits on our domain.

Problem is is that unknown to us during development, not all our offices are actually on the domain and a few are setup as a local network just like one would have at home.

Rather than go in and reinvent the wheel, is there a way to export our domain group policy and import as a local one?
